The specifically designed coolant mixing and dispensing system is the optimum method of mixing and delivery coolant to machine tools. The system has a number of benefits, including no manual handling, correct mixture, instant delivery and the ability to fill machines up to 500 litres in minutes.There four models available:
Deluxe with stainless steel tank and connections and complete with high pressure pump for up to six hose reels 100 metres away from the dispenser unit. This comes complete with low level cutting oil float switch, cut off timer on the pump and test point for coolant concentration.
Premier with galvanised steel tank and connections and complete with high pressure pump for up to four hose reels 50 metres away from the dispenser unit. This comes complete with cut off timer on the pump and test point for coolant extraction.
Standard with polyethylene tank and connectors with the pump rated to supply two hose reels 30 metres away from the dispenser unit complete with test point.
Economic is as the standard system, but works off mains water pressure and does not require a pump. Note subject to water pressure.
Note:- Hose reels with polyethylene delivery pipe work are at extra cost and together with installation.
